The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to serve as the on-the-ground People Partner for Mitti's Americas region, driving people strategy that supports our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You’ll partner closely with regional leaders to align business priorities with people initiatives across the Americas while connecting the region to our global People & Culture Centers of Excellence.

As a key member of the regional GTM leadership team, you’ll be the trusted senior People partner, coaching sales leaders through our performance framework and helping build high-performing, engaged teams. You’ll also act as a strategic advisor to the Global Leader of GTM, reporting directly to our Chief People Officer and playing a critical role in driving both business and people success across the region

How you will spend your time
  • Serve as the trusted People partner within the regional GTM leadership team, participating in weekly sales leadership meetings, GTM standups, and leadership calls to anticipate organizational needs and proactively solve challenges before they impact the business.

  • Coach sales leaders through Mitti's performance framework, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), business dashboards, and regular 1:1 coaching, helping leaders strengthen performance, accountability, and team effectiveness.

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs that build leadership capability and support high-performing teams across the Americas

  • Lead organizational design and change management initiatives that enable growth, ensuring teams navigate change with clarity, confidence, and a great employee experience.

  • Drive regional People programs that strengthen culture, engagement, and performance, fostering an inclusive, high-performing hybrid work environment across office-based and remote teams.

  • Partner with Compensation & Benefits to support reward and incentive programs for GTM teams, including commission plans, incentive structures, and a seamless annual U.S. benefits enrollment experience.

  • Leverage people analytics, business data, and employee engagement insights

  • identify trends, and ensure compliance with evolving employment legislation across the United States.

  • Champion the adoption of AI across People & Culture, embedding tools such as Cowork, Claude, and AI-powered coaching solutions to improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

About you
  • You're an experienced HR Business Partner who has supported high-growth, global Go-to-Market (GTM) organizations and are confident operating as the senior People partner in-region.

  • You bring strong knowledge of U.S. multi-state employment law and have experience navigating a fast-paced, scaling business.

  • You're a trusted coach who can influence and challenge senior leaders, helping them build high-performing, engaged teams.

  • You've led organizational change, guided teams through growth, and know how to balance commercial outcomes with a great employee experience.

  • You're comfortable using data and insights to shape decisions and measure impact.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership, and enjoy working autonomously while staying connected to a global People & Culture team.

  • You're commercially minded, building people strategies that directly support business growth and performance.

  • You're excited by AI and actively use AI-powered tools to improve the way you work, make better decisions, and help others adopt new ways of working.
