Job description

Overview

At Cloudbeds, we're transforming hospitality with an AI-powered platform used by properties across 150 countries. We operate with a completely remote team and partner with hundreds of providers to help hoteliers transform operations and commercial strategy. Since 2012, Cloudbeds has grown to be recognized in the industry, including on Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 in 2024.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Senior Talent Partner based in North America, you will own hiring across one of Cloudbeds' most strategically important markets. Your primary focus will be GTM, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement. You will run volume pipelines and perform deep, competitor-focused sourcing to attract passive candidates who aren't actively browsing job boards. You may also support Technology and Engineering hiring when needed, across roles from Software Engineers to Infrastructure. You will be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a true ambassador for Cloudbeds in the North American talent market.

Our Talent Team

We are an experienced, collaborative Talent Partners group across 4 continents. We own hiring processes from start to finish, build relationships with leadership, and shape how great teams come together. The environment emphasizes quality, advanced recruiting technologies, and meaningful impact on Cloudbeds' growth.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across North America (outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement)
  • Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to engage passive candidates and build pipelines beyond active applicants
  • Conduct talent mapping to understand the market and attract top passive talent
  • Support hiring across other areas including Technology when required
  • Partner with GTM leadership to understand market dynamics and build targeted hiring strategies
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence decisions to align hiring with business outcomes
  • Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse with clean data and transparent stakeholder communication
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, share market intelligence, and raise the bar on GTM hiring at Cloudbeds
  • Stay current on North American compensation benchmarks, competitor talent movements, and GTM hiring trends
What Sets You Up for Success
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth SaaS/tech company or relevant agency experience
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite as a trusted advisor
  • Strong track record hiring across GTM functions (outbound Sales, Operations, Enablement)
  • Technology hiring exposure is a strong plus
  • Proven sourcing skills with competitor mapping and passive candidate outreach
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse (or similar ATS), and other sourcing tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring decisions
  • Hands-on experience using AI in recruiting workflows
  • Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Zoom; tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
  • Excellent English communication skills
Bonus skills to Standout
  • Experience hiring for hospitality technology or vertical SaaS
  • Track record of building structured sourcing processes
  • Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interviewing
Compensation

Depending on skills and experience, expected annual compensation is between $100,000 - $120,000.
