Join Millennium Print Group as an HR Business Partner!
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support manufacturing operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role partners closely with leaders and associates to drive employee engagement, talent development, compliance, and workforce effectiveness.
This position also provides night shift HR coverage as needed.
Primary Schedule for both roles:
Night Shift on a 2-2-3-2 schedule from 7pm-7am
Location: Durham, NC
Compensation: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits package
What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to managers and supervisors
  • Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution support
  • Support talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner cross-functionally to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Provide HR support coverage for night shift operations as needed
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance practices
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
