About European Wax Center

European Wax Center®, a leading beauty lifestyle brand founded in 2004, offers guests a full suite of waxing services and a proprietary line of beauty products. Focused on our vision of Revealing Beautiful Skin®, we provide a modern, luxurious experience across more than 1,000 centers in the U.S.

About EWC UPMA Group

UPMA Group is a long-time franchise partner of European Wax Center. We believe that every guest deserves to Walk In and Strut Out. Beyond the guest experience, we are committed to our associates. We believe everyone in our community should have the opportunity to thrive, build wealth, and grow. We aren't just a job; we are a career path.

About the Role: The Visionary Leader

As our Center Experience Manager (CM), you are the CEO of your center. You are responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable experience while delivering the company’s financial results. This isn't an "office job"—it is a high-impact leadership role where you will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.

At UPMA Group, we hire for the future. The CM role is a major milestone on our leadership track, with many of our managers elevating into District Leadership:

Sales Associate > Sales Lead > Assistant Center Manager > Center Experience Manager (YOU) > & Beyond!

A Day in the Life: Setting the Standard
  • Sales & Floor Leadership: You produce results by being present. You’ll spend time on the floor coaching associates in real-time to master package sales, product education, and the "EWC Standard of Excellence."

  • Talent Development: You are a talent scout and a coach. You’ll proactively recruit top-tier talent and create a learning environment where your team feels motivated to hit daily goals and grow their own careers.

  • Business Strategy: You aren't just watching the numbers; you’re moving them. You’ll partner with the District Manager and Regional Wax Trainers to analyze KPIs and execute action plans to improve results.

  • Operational Excellence: You ensure the center is pristine, safe, and fully compliant with state standards (TDLR). From inventory oversight to visual marketing, you keep the "Glow" consistent.

What Sets You Apart

  • The "Go-Getter" Mindset: You are self-motivated, organized, and have a "personality plus" approach to leadership.

  • Problem Solver: You have a history of conflict management and cross-functional team building. You react logically and calmly in high-stress situations.

  • Growth-Oriented: You are excited to utilize KPIs to drive business performance and live the EWC lifestyle.

  • Inspirational: You lead by example, celebrating the success of others and fostering a culture of teamwork and transparency.

Requirements & Experience

  • Availability: Full-time availability is required, including evenings and Saturdays, to support the needs of our guests and team.

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.

  • Skills: Proficient in Excel/Word, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Zenoti is a plus, but not required.

  • Passion: A deep desire to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay with performance-based incentives as well as a generous and attainable monthly bonus structure.

  • Work-Life Balance: A flexible schedule designed for high-impact leaders.

  • Total Well-being: Paid Time Off, Paid Training, Life Skills Seminars, and access to Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits.

  • Grow What You Know: Continued development in leadership and business acumen through mastery classes, workshops, and real-world experiences.

  • The Perks: 40% OFF all products and FREE Waxing.

  • Recognition: Special gifts and time off to celebrate YOU on your birthday and work anniversary.

Ready to Apply?

If you are a strong leader with a passion for the beauty industry and a track record of driving sales through team development, we want to talk to you.

Apply today to lead the experience at UPMA Group!
