As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ICON, you will be responsible for developing and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with organizational goals and enhance our recruitment efforts.

What You Will Do:

You will lead on talent acquisition and recruitment tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches to evaluate recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
