Are you an experienced caregiver looking for a flexible, meaningful part-time role where no two days are the same?
At ComForCare Central KC, we empower individuals to live their best lives possible. We’re seeking an energetic, adaptable professional to join our team as a FlexCare & Talent Acquisition Assistant. This unique hybrid position combines hands-on caregiving with recruitment and community engagement—offering real room to grow alongside our leadership team.
What You’ll Do:

  • FlexCare Support (Primary On-Call Caregiver): Step in on short notice to cover shifts when a scheduled caregiver calls off, ensuring zero missed shifts for our clients.
  • Caregiver Recruitment: Partner directly with our Director of Operations to recruit, screen, and onboard the best, most reliable caregiving talent in the KC metro area.
  • Social Media Engagement (Bonus Creative Outlet): Share fun activity updates and engaging content on our Facebook page to keep our community connected.
  • Future Operations: As the primary backup to our Director of Operations, this role has room to expand into scheduling, back-office operations, and team leadership.
