Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Assistant or Specialist will work with the Experienced and Specialized Talent (EAST) recruiting team to support Practice Area (PA) and Inverto recruiting efforts across NAMR offices. This role provides critical leverage to a team of recruiters supporting senior stakeholders and candidates across BCG's practice areas and specialty businesses, helping to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate recruiting processes, and contribute to the delivery of BCG's experienced hire talent strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can build and deepen their recruiting expertise over time.


What You'll Do

  • Identifying strong talent and delivering a well-curated shortlist of strong candidates for consideration
  • Sourcing and conducting candidate phone screens - building your ability to assess fit, background, and interest in BCG
  • Moving candidates efficiently through the full recruiting processes
  • Coordinating in-person interview logistics, including scheduling and stakeholder communications
  • Preparing search check-in materials including candidate summaries, resume books, and structured candidate detail sheets
  • Ensuring timely collection of feedback from interviewers
  • Maintaining a positive candidate experience by sending timely and professional communications throughout the process
  • Administering and tracking results for candidate assessments
  • Flexibility to work across the broader EAST team support Platinion and Experienced Hire teams as needed, and contributing to special projects that advance team-wide recruiting initiatives

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2-4 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant work experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail - you can manage multiple candidate pipelines and competing priorities without dropping the ball

You'll work closely with PA andInvertorecruiters who will serve as mentors as you grow your skills, and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Directorwho will provide developmental guidance and support as you grow your career at BCG.

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

The base salary range for this role begins at $70,000 in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $93,000 in our highest cost geography. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
