YOUR ROLE

As an IT team member, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing technology solutions that are the foundation of the world class customer service that our customers expect and deserve - now and in the future.

What you will be doing

  • Primarily provides Tier 2 level support; may provide Tier 1 and/or Tier 3 support as needed
  • Break-fix repairs, including ordering parts
  • Application software support
  • Peripheral Support
  • Malware and Virus repairs
  • Hardware and Software Configuration Changes
  • Application software installations and support
  • Engage vendors or technical resources for assistance
  • Document issue resolution
  • Apple iPhone Support, Apple MacBook Knowledge
  • A+ Certification desired
