Location: Headquarters is in Chicago, but the position Is 100% remote… only needed on site for go live support as needed  ( this is normal for this kind of role)

Mode of interview:  2 Virtual interviews.

Job Description:

MAWM Support Engineer

International Parts has an opportunity for MAWM Support Engineer .Following are the critical responsibilities for this position :-
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to:
1. Resolve software issues working with the software vendor (Manhattan Associates)
2. Troubleshoot technical and functional problems, perform system and regression testing on any break/fix or new features released by the software vendors .
3. Work on system enhancements which result in adding new features and functionality to the software application.
4. Provide guidance and training to users to ensure smooth software application utilization.
Specifically, you are expected to:
1. Be proactive and highly responsive to customers via teams and email communications. The SLA on responsiveness from the support team is driven by the criticality of the issue.
2. Exhibit a sense of urgency in handling customer inquiries.
3. Gain expertise in documenting warehouse business and system processes and working through support tickets .
4. Utilize excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address MAWM functional and technical issues.
5. Deep understanding of software application and the underlying business processes
6. Collaborate with other cross functional teams to resolve complex issues impacting warehouse operations (e.g. inability to close shipments, dock door not available, not able to complete pick transactions, inaccurate shipping documentation generated etc.).
Additional Info
1.Expected hour of works is an 8-hour shift between 10 am – 7 pm CST
2. In addition, weekend, holiday and shutdown coverage might be required as part of this role.
3. Expected travel upto 25%
