SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE IR-04:

- Experience applying regulations, other official guidance and principles, including the latest procedures and techniques sufficient to oversee the planning, development and implementation of the technical aspects of programs specific to the position being filled;
- Experience applying communicative techniques to effectively and diplomatically interact with internal and external customers;
- Utilizing planning methods and techniques to initiate, plan, direct, and management the functions and employees of assigned organizations;
- Assigning work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments;
- Using a variety of software tools to monitor and support projects, teams, and/or employees; interpreting collected information to assess needs and make adjustments that support business functions;
- Prioritizing multiple tasks while leading a team or project; demonstrated flexibility in responding to process and program changes.
