As Supervisor, you oversee daily cleaning operations, lead the janitorial team, and ensure all tasks are done well and on time. You manage supplies, support staff, and make sure work meets quality and safety standards. Supervisors are the key point of contact for the team.


Key Responsibilities as a Supervisor include:

  • Staff supervision & leadership
  • Quality control & inspections
  • Supply & inventory management
  • Training and development

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • English/ Spanish bilingual strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions when needed.


Work Environment:
