Job description

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent planning abilities, exceptional blueprint reading skills, and the ability to coordinate production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules while optimizing labor and equipment utilization.
  • Read and interpret complex architectural and shop blueprints with a high level of accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate production personnel to achieve quality and productivity goals.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Project Management, and Shipping to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor production progress and proactively resolve scheduling or operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures.
  • Track production performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong production scheduling and planning skills are required.
