Job Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor – Fabrication is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising employees and activities within the fabrication department to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role leads continuous improvement initiatives, supports production goals, and ensures fabrication processes meet established safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and the ability to develop teams while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate fabrication department employees and daily operations to meet safety, quality, and production objectives
• Foster a “Quality First” environment while supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company goals
• Train, develop, and support team members on ERP systems and best practices, including Epicor/SXE
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales, and Engineering, to meet customer expectations
• Support process improvements, supplier/customer relationships, and overall operational efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements:
• College degree preferred or equivalent supervisory experience within manufacturing or industrial distribution
• 2+ years of supervisory or operations management experience
• Knowledge of ISO/Quality Systems and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems and a proven history of process improvement success preferred
• Familiarity with customer manufacturing environments and industry requirements
• Willingness to pursue Six Sigma certification is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $66,560–$79,040 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
