As a Manufacturing Senior Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across our Midland and Houston manufacturing sites. You will ensure both facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company goals. You will champion a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while driving performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.

As a Manufacturing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

Health & Safety

Championing a strong safety culture across both sites.

Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Leading safety initiatives, audits, and incident investigations.

Completing incident reports and supporting corrective actions.

Driving continuous improvement in HSE performance and environmental stewardship.

Quality

Owning and driving the Quality Management System (QMS) across both locations.

Ensuring compliance with company standards and industry certifications (e.g., ISO).

Reducing CoNC through data review and improved methods.

Monitoring key quality metrics (FTY, CoPQ, DFD) and driving corrective actions.

Leading internal and external audits and ensuring timely closure of findings.

Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to improve product reliability.

Lean Manufacturing

Promoting Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Leading CI projects and sharing best practices across both sites.

Driving capacity gains using Lean tools (SMED, Kaizen, VSM, etc.).

Supporting LDM meetings and ensuring 5C implementation.

Coaching teams to embed CI principles and improve production performance.

Financial

Owning sitelevel P&L performance, budgets, and cost control.

Optimizing resource allocation across both locations.

Identifying and implementing costsaving initiatives and product cost reductions.

Operations

Translating company strategy into actionable operational plans.

Leading daytoday operations to meet productivity, efficiency, and quality targets.

Driving standardization across both sites while supporting local needs.

Monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions.

Leading change management and supporting growth initiatives, including capacity expansion.

Building and developing highperforming site leadership teams.

Driving workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Bring 10+ years of operations/manufacturing leadership experience.

Have proven experience managing multiple sites or complex operations.

Demonstrate strong financial acumen and P&L ownership.

Have a track record of driving continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

Bring experience in regulated or heavyindustry environments.

Be capable of managing priorities and making strong, timely decisions.

Be proficient with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SolidWorks, QPulse, etc.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
