CATALYST IS A PEDIATRIC PERSONAL AND RESPITE AGENCY FOUNDED IN 1996 AND LICENSED BY THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. WE PROVIDE IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WHO HAVE SIGNIFICANT PHYSICAL AND COGNITIVE DISABILITIES. OUR YOUNG CLIENTS LIVE WITH THEIR FAMILIES IN HOMES THROUGHOUT DANE COUNTY.
CLINICAL CAREGIVING EXPERIENCE IS OFTEN A PREREQUISITE FOR ADMISSION TO GRADUATE AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS. CATALYST PROVIDES DOCUMENTATION OF HOURS WORKED WITH OUR FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALIZED REFERENCES. WORKING WITH CATALYST FAMILIES OFFERS A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF THE NEEDS OF FAMILIES THAN THAN IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE BRIEF INTERACTIONS EXPERIENCED IN CLINICAL MEDICAL SETTINGS.
