Familiarity with claims management software, case tracking systems, and sometimes certifications like CPCU or AIC are commonly required. The remote aspect of the role allows them to perform their duties from home or another off-site location, often using digital tools for communication and case management. This position requires strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as experience in insurance claims or subrogation.
