Required Qualifications

1-7 years of experience

Experience with Property Subrogation a plus 

Experience in pursuing or defending against property subrogation claims primarily involving fire and water losses a huge plus

Experience with insurance defense, insurance coverage, premises liability, product liability, professional liability, general liability, etc. a plus

Must be admitted to practice law in PA
