About the Opportunity

As part of the Subrogation team, you will provide legal support and guidance to business operations. 

What you'll do 

  • Advises General Counsel on relevant legal issues regarding Subrogation Operations.
  • Provides timely and suitable legal review and advice to assigned subrogation recovery team(s).
  • Ensures that possible adverse suits and legal matters towards clients and Company are handled appropriately.
  • Provides training in relevant legal issues as assigned to new and current analysts.
  • Communicates with Subrogation Analysts as needed with information and guidance regarding new court decisions, statutes, and regulations and the potential impact on file handling.

What experience you bring (Role Requirements)  

  • Juris Doctorate from an approved ABA law school.
  • License to practice law in the state you reside. 
  • One or more years of experience in personal injury, criminal, or civil law preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay range: $80,000 - $120,000 USD with significant bonus opportunity. The salary range is for Base Salary.Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee's geographic location.
