Job Summary:
The Subrogation Attorney will be responsible for managing all aspects of subrogation claims from inception to resolution. This role involves conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be dedicated to insurance law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving favorable resolutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of subrogation claims, including evaluating claims for liability, damages, and recovery potential.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, demand letters, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
