Job description

Studio Three is searching for an inspiring and creative Studio Manager to join our incredible Miami team.  While the Studio Manager is a high-profile leadership position that is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, operation and success of the club- it's critical that this person is passionate about winning and inspiring success in others.  The Studio Manager will also act as a club ambassador to provide each and every member a first-class experience.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The responsibilities and duties of this position described here are representative of those an employee must perform. This is not a comprehensive list and other duties may be assigned. 

-Overseeing all aspects of the Member experience within the club.

-Partnering with leadership to support lead generation & drive membership growth.

-Collaborating with leadership, assistant studio manager, and talent leads to oversee the first timer & new member onboarding process.

-Educating club members and guests on all Studio Three services and amenities.

-Using club reports and member reviews to assess operations and customer service with the goal of increasing membership and participation.

-Working within the company guidelines to ensure all areas of the club are on brand and align with Studio Threes in-club boutique strategy.

-Implementing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure profitability and sound financial growth of the studio.

-Analyzing, developing and maintaining systems/procedures to improve operating efficiency and reduce wasteful expenditures.

-Managing vendor partners and seeing  projects through to completion. 

-Overseeing inventory management and ordering of all studio supplies within budget.

-Owning scheduling, payroll, onboarding, training and continued development for all front and back of house team members. 

-Clearly communicating strategy & cascading information, with the goal of building a fiercely loyal & cohesive studio team.

-Managing in-club events and studio challenges 

-Establishing relationships with like minded local businesses to strengthen the Studio Three community outside of the studio.

-Selling corporate memberships packages and/or creating partnerships with companies and residential complexes in the surrounding area.

-Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and reporting on performance through regular variance statements. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Minimum of 3 years of Management experience leading 15+ team members.

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries.

-Must have a current CPR Certification

-Experience in financial management and proven ability to drive revenue.

-Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry.
