The General Manager (GM) plays a critical leadership role at TruFusion, responsible for driving sales performance, fostering a high-energy team culture, and ensuring outstanding member experience. As the face of the studio, GM leads by example, champions the TruFusion brand and culture, and strategically guides the studio to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Facility Management
  • Oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage schedules, inventory, and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Work closely with maintenance and cleaning teams to promptly resolve any facility-related issues.
  • Track and report key operational metrics to assess and improve studio performance.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing studio team aligned with TruFusion’s values.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that promotes accountability and excellence.
  • Lead by example with a strong work ethic and commitment to member service.

Sales & Business Growth
