We are seeking a Studio Manager who is sales-driven, highly organized, proactive, and people-focused. This is not a sit-back management role -- this is for someone who is hands-on, leads by example, and takes ownership of results.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, leading a team, building community inside and outside the studio, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and is part of the Management Team supporting our group of four studios. The Studio Manager supervises the studio's Sales Associates / front desk team, works closely with the Lead Instructor, and partners with the other Tallahassee Studio Manager to support strong execution and consistency across both studios.What You'll Do
Drive Sales & Studio Growth
Own and execute monthly sales goals -- and work to exceed them
Convert prospects into loyal members through strong follow-up and relationship-building
Lead from the front by demonstrating effective sales strategies
Manage and develop the Sales Associates / front desk team
Build partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing efforts to grow the studio
Take ownership of leads, outreach, and follow-up
Support revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and studio events
Help drive retention through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and a strong member experience
Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners to create visibility, collaboration, and referrals
Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience
Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for members and prospects
Build strong relationships to increase retention and satisfaction
Handle member needs including upgrades, freezes, and inquiries with professionalism
Help set the tone for a studio experience that feels polished, personal, and consistent
Lead & Develop Your Team
Train, coach, and motivate Sales Associates to perform at a high level
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
Step in when needed and lead by example at all times
Work closely with the Lead Instructor on workshops, events, social media, and other member-facing initiatives
Partner effectively with the other Tallahassee Studio Manager and broader leadership team to support alignment across studios
Own Studio Operations
Keep the studio running smoothly, clean, and organized
Manage inventory, schedules, and day-to-day operations
Proactively address challenges before they become problems
Take ownership of the studio environment, helping ensure the space is clean, stocked, maintained, and ready for members each day
Follow company policies and procedures related to spending, people matters, incident reporting, and compliance
