STUDIO COORDINATOR, PART-TIME (LONDONDERRY)

Our Studio Coordinator team plays a critical role in shaping our studio experience and ensuring smooth studio operations from open to close. Our Front Desk team is composed of outgoing and charismatic go-getters who are passionate about fitness and wellness. Wendesdays
8:00AM-11:15AM
6:30PM-9:15PM
Thursdays
5:30AM-8:15AM
Fridays
5:30AM-8:15AM
Sundays
6:30AM-11:00AM
7:30AM-11:30AM

Reports to: Lead Studio Coordinator

Employment Status: Part Time/Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage clients with a positive, friendly manner, cultivating a welcoming, inviting atmosphere

  • Work alongside and support studio instructors to ensure a successful and seamless client check-in and class experience

  • Support studio management in daily tasks and projects

  • Possess basic understanding of products within the wellness shop; execute retail sales

  • Actively maintain studio cleanliness and organization

  • Maintain the distinct Collective Studios aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service and/or hospitality experience

  • Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

  • Loves boutique fitness and is passionate about fitness and wellness

  • HIghly organized, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.

  • Must be able to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends and some holidays

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be available to work on a consistent basis :

    • 2-3 shifts per week

    • Flexible hours: early mornings, nights, weekends

    • Some holidays (open year-round)
