Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)
Duration: 12 month
Role Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio Specialist to enable, support, and scale the adoption and usage of Copilot Studio. This role will serve as an expert in Copilot Studio and Agent Builder, driving the creation of intelligent agents, automations, and workflows to maximize productivity for our workforce while adhering to organizational governance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, and optimize them with advanced prompting techniques for accuracy and context.
  • Develop integrations with Microsoft connectors and external systems.
  • Act as the internal authority for Copilot, ensuring compliance, governance, and best practices.
  • Administer, monitor, and optimize platform performance, maintaining documentation and standards for Copilot usage.
  • Provide L1 support for Copilot-related issues and troubleshoot technical challenges.
  • Monitor adoption, performance, and usage, producing actionable insights and reports.
  • Partner with business leaders to scale adoption and deliver training sessions to empower users.
  • Lead the user-led community "Copilot Studio Builders Exchange" and act as an evangelist for AI productivity tools.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Apps, Dataverse, and connectors.
  • Experience developing REST API and MCP custom connectors in Copilot Studio.
  • Familiarity with the CI/CD deployment process in the Power Platform.
  • Expertise in designing effective prompts for Copilot Agents.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and design scalable and effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Connectors, and enterprise data sources.
  • Ability to define, collect, and interpret usage data and present insights to leadership.
  • Experience translating business needs into use cases and guiding users to the correct tool.
  • Prior experience with enterprise-scale support.
  • Excel Power User skill set including VBA/Macros, Power Queries, Power Pivot, and data visualization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, M365, AI, or Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert are desirable.
