Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Execution Consultant to join our team on a contingent basis. This role involves consulting as an expert to develop and influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs. The ideal candidate will provide strategic solutions, engage with senior leadership, and drive long-term, large-scale outcomes requiring vision, creativity, and advanced analytical thinking.
Responsibilities:
  • Consult on strategy and resolve highly complex and unique challenges across multiple areas.
  • Deliver innovative business execution solutions to senior leadership.
  • Engage strategically with personnel to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end change management activities across Merchant Services organizations.
  • Drive strategy and execution for stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, and adoption.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and technical partners.
  • Condense complex information into concise messaging decks and executive summaries.
  • Facilitate consensus across differing viewpoints and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Coach and lead others in a collaborative team environment.
  • Adhere to established processes and governance while maintaining professionalism.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Proven senior-level change management experience, ideally within financial services or merchant banking.
  • Strong executive presence and professional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Ability to condense messages into concise, impactful communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels, from peers to executives.
  • Experience leading or coaching others in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Experience working on merchant banking/merchant services transformation initiatives.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional conflict-resolution skills and the ability to influence without authority.
