Job description

We are hiring a Supervisor, Audience Strategy & Analytics to join Redbox, Crossmedia's marketing science and data science team. You will serve as a day-to-day analytical and client lead across current client engagements, new business opportunities, and internal initiatives, partnering with Analysts, Senior Analysts, Engineers, Directors, and cross-functional agency teams.

This role combines audience analytics expertise with client leadership, team management, and the ability to translate business questions into actionable audience strategies and insights. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how audiences are understood, developed, and activated.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead audience strategy and analytics workstreams across current clients, new business, and internal initiatives, from audience development and analysis through insights and recommendations.
  • Partner with clients and account teams to define business and media objectives, identify target customers, assess opportunities, and translate business questions into actionable data and research plans.
  • Develop audience strategies including profiling, segmentation, CRM analysis, lookalike modeling, and opportunity sizing, using data and research to uncover media and marketing opportunities.
  • Work with audience data and identification platforms such as Experian and TransUnion, and syndicated research sources including MRI-Simmons, YouGov, and GWI.
  • Analyze data using SQL, Python, R, and other analytical tools, including first-party CRM data, and apply techniques such as lift analysis and A/B testing.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear visualizations, compelling stories, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of custom audience solutions, including project roadmaps, and manage execution with external data, research, and vendor partners.
  • Serve as an audience analytics expert in client meetings, confidently communicating findings, methodologies, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with planning, strategy, research, programmatic, investment, Ad Ops, and other agency teams to connect audience insights to media and communications strategies.
  • Lead and mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing guidance on prioritization, analytical approaches, project execution, and professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of Redbox's audience analytics capabilities through new methodologies, dashboards, training, and thought leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or science discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in Audience Analytic. Media agency or media technology experience required.
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, analytics, and the application of audience data to media and marketing challenge
  • Experience with audience segmentation, profiling, CRM analysis, lookalike modeling, and audience development.
  • Proficiency with audience data and research platforms such as Experian, TransUnion, MRI-Simmons, YouGov, or GWI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools, with experience applying analytical techniques such as lift analysis or A/B testing.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or developing junior team members.
