Job Description
Influential, is looking for a Manager, Strategy & Analytics to drive the planning and execution of our campaigns with a focus on delivering a best-in-class campaign strategy. This role is responsible for identifying and driving account growth opportunities while fostering innovation that delivers on our clients' business goals. This role works directly with clients to define and distill their goals, create success metrics, and activate strategies in collaboration with their dedicated portfolio team.
You'll support campaign tracking, performance reporting, and insights development across influencer content and platforms - working closely with internal teams to ensure campaign data is actionable, accurate, and aligned to client KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with healthcare/pharmaceutical clients.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Revenue and Client Management leads to develop insight-driven strategies for a portfolio of accounts focused on driving new business and scaling existing accounts
  • Track and report on influencer and content performance across key platforms and campaigns
  • Organize and analyze creator- and content-level metrics to uncover trends and actionable insights
  • Provide a sound business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience
  • Drive the strategic direction for accounts by working directly with client and account team focusing on audience targeting, creative, and media distribution
  • Ensure account media plan, messaging and measurement approach aligns with the account strategy and client's business goals
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and performance trackers in coordination with the Manager
  • Contribute to in-flight insights and post-campaign analysis that inform content, creator, and platform strategy
  • Present/pitch the strategic approach and associated media strategy to the client along with Revenue and Client Solutions with the goal of aligning the client's KPIs to achieve successful business outcomes
  • Work with the account team to interpret and present campaign data, providing recommended adjustments and optimizations leading to improved performance and account success
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for each account with buy-in from the Revenue lead, Client Solutions and execution leads that outlines short and long term strategies with tactical plans for driving business growth
  • Leads the campaign recap process by translating campaign data into actionable insights and future optimizations across audience targeting, creative, planning, and media

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, influencer performance reporting, or media analytics
  • Experience working with healthcare clients and understanding of compliance is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through data
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-first mindset
  • Comfortable navigating of influencer KPIs, social content measurement, and platform performance metrics
  • Proficiency and familiarity with tools and technologies including, but not limited to:
    • Programming Languages: Python, R
    • Databases and Querying: Relational databases, SQL
    • Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI
    • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, SQL, MS Access
    • Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel (Advanced Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint

Compensation Range: $95,000 - $115,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
