About This Opportunity

As a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you will play a meaningful role on the Marketing & Operations Strategy team, partnering closely with Analysts and Directors to help shape the future of the organization through data-driven insights and strategic thinking.

In this role, you'll collaborate across functions and gain exposure to a wide range of stakeholders-including senior leaders-while contributing to projects that influence key business decisions.

Co-op Duration
This opportunity runs from July/August 2026 through December 2026, with flexibility to accommodate academic schedules.

Weekly Schedule
This is a full-time co-op experience, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, designed to provide hands-on, real-world exposure.

The Impact You Will Make

As a Strategy & Analytics Co-op, you'll work on high-impact, fast-paced projects that support meaningful business outcomes while accelerating your professional growth. You'll gain exposure to core strategy and analytics disciplines, including data analysis, marketing strategy, and operational processes across product, marketing, revenue, and enrollment services.

With mentorship from senior leaders, you'll help conduct analyses that inform Risepoint's strategic direction. Working cross-functionally, you'll structure analyses, develop hypotheses, and deliver actionable, value-added recommendations that drive business growth.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

  • Structure strategic projects for key products, marketing, strategy, revenue, and enrollment services functions
  • Execute end-to-end data analytics projects by 1) pulling/cleaning data, 2) extracting key insights, 3) communicating hypotheses to senior stakeholders, and 4) impacting our organization's overall marketing strategies & operations functions
  • Design and create analytical tools, strategic initiatives, and processes that boost our organization's ability to deliver insights both internally to senior leadership and externally to our university partners
  • Brainstorm and launch new projects to proactively detect KPIs and inform our university partners about strategic issues, performance, and operations
  • Form a deep understanding of Risepoint's processes, systems/tools, personnel, strategic direction, and broader market ecosystem (university partners, marketing channels, contact center strategies and workflows)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior Directors and VPs to communicate data insights and make data-informed decisions
  • You will work closely with a Director, Manager, and Senior Analysts
