  • Develop clear written and verbal presentations for senior leadership on topics critical to Slate's sales strategy, go-to-market execution, and growth plans
  • Support market diligence, strategic planning, and board-level materials related to commercial performance, customer demand, and future business opportunities
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses, reporting, and business insights with the ability to operate effectively under rapid turnaround timelines
  • Support Sales business operations through milestone reporting, scorecard tracking, KPI ownership, and project management across strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with an experienced team lead and former consultant on strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement across the commercial organization

| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, math, economics, or another analytical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or similar experience applying analytical reasoning to solve complex business questions
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel. Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
  • Experience with basic project management tools and methodologies
  • Proficient in creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using Tableau or similar BI solutions is preferred.
  • Proficient, and responsible in AI support tool use
  • Familiarity and / or strong enthusiasm with the electric vehicle industry and sustainable transportation trends is a plus.
  • A persevering mindset and strong "one company" teammate.
  • Thrive in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment, and adept at working from a clean sheet without legacy constraints or pre-defined process.
  • An ability to lead fast-paced projects from inception to deployment, providing structure and achievement monitoring for all stakeholders (who are likely to be from different cultures and in different time zones).
