Job Description
The Strategic Planning Associate plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the healthcare system. Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategic Planning, this position is responsible for data analysis, market research, and project management to inform leadership decision-making and ensure alignment with our mission and long-term goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about advancing healthcare services.
Qualifications
Work requires the knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Master's degree in Business Administration or closely related field, Master's degree required, and two to three years of Business Management/Development experience required.

St. Joseph's University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.
The Medical Center offers a full complement of specialty and subspecialty services including ambulatory, behavioral health, cardiovascular, emergency/trauma, internal medicine, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedic/spine, rehabilitation, surgical specialty, women's health, imaging and pediatrics.
