  • Own the day-to-day relationships with assigned fintech and technology partners across the Access Digital ecosystem
  • Run bi-weekly/monthly partner calls, track action items, and keep communication consistent and productive
  • Monitor partner product updates, roadmap changes, and API or integration developments - surfacing what matters to our internal teams
  • Escalate strategically complex issues or major commercial decisions to leadership oversight

Sales & Account Management Enablement
  • Serve as the internal product expert for partner solutions - the go-to resource for Sales and Account Management teams
  • Support AMs in identifying cross-sell opportunities across the client base
  • Facilitate partner training sessions, onboarding materials, and lunch-and-learns for internal teams, and ensure new sales reporting to partners respectively
  • Contribute to the Partner Playbook and AM Rules of Engagement to keep field teams sharp, savvy, and confident

Commercial & Operational Support
  • Manage routine commercial tasks including pricing approvals, discount requests, contract renewals, and contract administrative items
  • Support renewal coordination and partner tier management within the Access Digital Partner Marketplace
  • Track partner performance metrics and flag trends to leadership
  • Coordinate and aid Product and Implementation on partner integration issues and any client-facing escalations

  • 3-6 years of experience in technology partnerships, fintech sales, SaaS, digital banking, or strategic account management
  • Comfortable in partner or client-facing conversations - professional, personable, prepared, and credible
  • Familiarity with credit unions, community banks, or financial technology a plus - not required
  • Organized self-starter who tracks their own commitments and follows through without being chased
  • Able to learn complex products quickly and explain them simply to sales and business audiences
  • Collaborative mindset - works well across Sales, AM, Product Development, and Implementation teams
  • Eager to grow commercially - exposure to contracts, negotiations, or pricing discussions a bonus
