What is a strategic account manager hybrid?

A Strategic Account Manager Hybrid is a professional responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, often blending in-person and remote (hybrid) work. They develop long-term relationships with strategic clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The 'hybrid' aspect of the role indicates that the manager splits their time between on-site visits and virtual meetings, allowing for flexibility and broader client engagement. Their main goal is to maximize client satisfaction and drive business growth through strategic planning and effective communication.

How does a strategic account manager hybrid balance in-person and remote work while maintaining strong client relationships?
