Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


Operations Staff perform the setup and changeover of the arena on an event-to-event basis in order to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as well as tenant contractual specifications and requirements. Also, assist with parking logistics and cleaning of the arena to help maintain the cleanliness of the building

This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.85-$16.00.

This position will remain open until October 16, 2026.


  • Responsible for correct setup and teardown for events.
  • Work flexible hours – daytime, late evening, overnight, and early morning hours.
  • Maintains restrooms in a clean and presentable manner.
  • Responsible for keeping all areas in safe, clean condition.
  • Keeps front entrance and outside areas clean and trash picked up.
  • Responsible for converting the facility from one event to the next.
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the needs of the facility.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience with event changeovers a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic, and cooperative work environment.
  • Demonstrates both independent initiative and strong collaboration within a team environment.
