A staffing assistant's responsibilities may include creating a schedule for lower level employees, completing administrative tasks like record keeping and answering phones, and scheduling appointments. Staffing assistants may be asked to help an executive prepare for a big meeting, fill in for support staff on vacations or sick days, or complete other duties as assigned by company management. Staffing assistants are flexible in their roles to help support the company in a variety of ways.
