Job Description SummaryThe AI HK Program Manager (SP3) supports execution of high-priority, fast-turnaround initiatives across the AI HK portfolio. This role will help coordinate critical deployments, while driving follow-through on program gaps, budget support, communications, and cross-functional actions.
This is an individual contributor role for a strong program manager who can bring structure, pace, and accountability to a dynamic set of priorities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working across teams to keep initiatives moving. This role should also be able to apply FLIGHT DECK principles to improve execution, standardize ways of working, and support outcomes aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC), in that order.Job Description

Key Responsiblities

  • Support execution ofhigh-priority and quick-turnaround requestsacross the AI HK portfolio.

  • Coordinate program activities for key AI initiatives, including support for rollout and adoption efforts.

  • Identify gaps, open actions, dependencies, and execution risks across AI HK initiatives and help drive them to closure.

  • Track milestones, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure timely progress and follow-up.

  • Provide support forbudget planning, tracking, and reporting.

  • Draft, coordinate, and manageAI HK communications, leadership updates, and stakeholder messaging.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, owners, and timelines.

  • Escalate blockers, risks, and support needs as appropriate.

  • Apply structured program management and continuous improvement methods to improve execution and visibility.

  • Help establish and maintain standard ways of working usingFLIGHT DECKfundamentals such asStandard Work, Daily & Visual Management, Operating Cadences, Action Planning, and Problem Solving.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of5years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of10years of professional experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience inprogram management, project management, business operations, or initiative coordination.

  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Additional Information:

The base pay range for this position is $131,000 - $150,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.This posting is expected to close on June 24th, 2026.
