New Day My Way, LLC is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator to provide direction, training, and supervision to Program Managers, Site Supervisors and staff.

DAILY DUTIES

  • Communicate with Program Director, Program Managers Site Supervisors as needed to discuss any staff issues/concerns.
  • Be on Call for Program Managers and Site Supervisors to assist with clients, staff, or scheduling concerns.
  • Work with Program Managers and Site Supervisors to deal with call offs or scheduling issues.
  • Always keep lines of communication open with office, staff, Program Managers, Site Supervisors, and upper management.
  • You should be checking your paperwork and supplies and requesting it from the office what you need in a timely manner.
  • Approve/Reject hours worked by staff in Anywhere.

WEEKLY DUTIES

  • Complete weekly checklist report, notify Program Managers and/or Site Supervisors of any issues when reviewing documentation, unannounced in-home checks, assist with any medical appointments when needed.
  • In-services: Ensuring Program Managers and Site Supervisors understands any in-services that are sent to the sites. If you need clarification on an in-service that goes to a site, contact the individual that created the in-service.
  • Checking documentation weekly/monthly i.e., Mars, Progress Notes, Logs, and Supports ensure the Program Managers and Site Supervisor is aware of any issues for those sites that need close monitoring.

MONTHLY DUTIES

  • Follow up with Program Managers and Site Supervisors about any concerns or issues that have been identified at their site/sites they supervise and ensure that corrective action has been taken.
  • Ensure the Program Managers have ensured that the Site Supervisor and staff have completed or corrected any missing documentation so that all monthly paperwork can be handed in to the office.
  • Ensure the Program Managers have ensured that the Site Supervisor has changeover completed correctly monthly and that all needed documentation for clients is in the books.
  • Ensure that Program Managers have checked the Site Supervisors Monthly activity calendars created for sites and approved when completed correctly.
  • Review and Turn in all monthly receipts from any kind of shopping done by yourself, Program Managers, or Site Supervisors
  • You can hold STAFF MEETINGS at sites with your Program Managers, Site Supervisors and staff if needed. If you need guidance on how to conduct these meetings contact your supervisor.
  • Summarize all monthly documentation for clients.


AS NEEDED DUTIES

  • Write In-Services to educate Program Managers, Site Supervisors and staff on any changes per clients OhioISP, company policies and any other important information.
  • Assist Program Managers and Site Supervisors with covering shifts.
  • Rotating On Call Weekends
  • Report MUI/UIs
  • Train new Program Managers, Site Supervisors, and staff
  • Act as Program Manager or Site Supervisor as needed during transition periods.
  • Any other duties per company need.
