Job description

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with hiring managers, key stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and develop, implement, and rene a well-rounded recruitment strategy that delivers quality candidates to assigned business units.

Essential Functions & Accountability:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities to include sourcing, reviewing resumes, pre-screening candidates, and offer process.

  • BWE's Early Career talent strategy- serve as primary recruiter and program manager for the Internship and Rotational Analyst Programs; oversee end-to-end execution including sourcing, selection, onboarding, performance management, and conversion.

  • Build early career pipeline through strategic university partnerships, campus engagement, and targeted recruiting initiatives aligned to BWE's talent and diversity priorities.

  • Rotational Analyst Program- partner with business leaders to define rotations, learning objectives, and conversion criteria; track program effectiveness through retention, performance, and conversion metrics.

  • Develops and implements comprehensive and targeted candidate attraction and development techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool.

  • Cultivate strategic relationships and frequent communication with hiring managers across all business units to understand the needs and roles to be filled by advising, influencing, and challenging when needed.

  • Provides consultative feedback to deliver insights and solutions to achieve hiring goals and assistin selection decisions. Establish credibility and foster partnership among key stakeholders.

  • Develop and nurture an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of hiring goals.

  • Identifies areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and proactively delivers solutions to challenges, including full optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience through all talent acquisition touch points and enhance the BWE brand.

  • Play a pivotal role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization and supporting BWE's DEI initiatives through talent & community engagement.

  • Maintain or exceed established KPIs, including time to fill, hiring target goals, quality of hire metrics, and hiring manager satisfaction scores, etc.

  • Partner with the Director of Talent on BWE's Employer Brand strategy, contributing to the development and execution of campaigns that amplify BWE's Employee Value Proposition across digital channels, campuses, and professional networks; serve as an ambassador for the brand at recruiting events and ensure consistent messaging throughout all candidate touch points.

  • Partner with HR leadership to define, track, and report on key TA metrics(e.g., early career conversion, offer acceptance, source of hire, diversity pipeline, cost-per-hire), translating insights into actionable recommendations that inform workforce planning decisions.

  • Stay abreast on labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to hiring. Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to legal standards, maintain equal opportunity employment practices, and prevent any form of discrimination during the hiring process.

Minimum Requirements & Qualications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related eld.

  • 5+ years' experience leading full life cycle recruiting processes.

  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition in the mortgage banking industry preferred but not required.

  • Must have a level of comfort with ambiguity. Self-starter & results driven leader.

  • Data driven, analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • High-level of integrity and judgment.

  • Experience with Workday ATS preferred.

  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
