The Role
The Senior Sales Manager, Media will be responsible for driving advertising and media revenue growth across DAZN's premium sports portfolio in North America. Reporting to the VP, Media, this role will focus on developing strategic relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, and media partners while identifying and executing revenue-generating opportunities across streaming, connected TV (CTV), digital, and integrated sponsorship offerings.
The Senior Sales Manager will serve as a key revenue driver, helping position DAZN as a leading destination for sports marketers seeking highly engaged audiences, innovative advertising solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000. This is hybrid role which will be based mostly on site from our New York office.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of advertising and media revenue opportunities, achieving targets through sponsorships, branded content, and integrated media solutions.
  • Prospect, secure, and grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners through new business development and account expansion.
  • Create tailored client proposals that connect advertiser objectives with DAZN's media assets, audience insights, and commercial capabilities.
  • Support upfront, scatter, and sponsorship sales initiatives while managing negotiations and commercial partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with key agency and advertiser stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor on media solutions and opportunities.
  • Develop integrated media strategies across CTV, streaming, digital, social, branded content, sponsorships, and experiential activations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Ad Ops, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver successful campaigns and commercial solutions.
  • Leverage market intelligence, audience data, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and strengthen DAZN's position in the advertising market.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, sports marketing, sponsorship sales, digital media, streaming, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling media and advertising solutions across digital, streaming, CTV, video, sponsorship, or sports platforms.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, buying, audience targeting, and measurement.
  • Established relationships with agencies, advertisers, and media decision-makers preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing and sponsorship solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Passion for sports, media, and emerging advertising technologies.
