About the Role:
·       As a Senior Consultant, you will assist clients with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management to build a high-performing workforce.
  • In addition, tasks will include operational analysis, business process re-engineering, change management, departmental budget support activities, and other consulting services as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR management experience. 
• Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM modules 
  •        Payroll (Actives & Retirees)
  •        Benefits (Actives & Retirees)
  •        Absence Management (Actives)
  •        Time & Labor (Actives)
  •        Core HR (Actives & Retirees)
  •        Talent Management
  •        Recruiting and Onboarding
  •        Compensation
• Experience working in a government or public-sector environment is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and document business/functional requirements
• Experience in training and supporting end-users 
• Business process reengineering and change management experience
• Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office 365, Visio, and Project
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of current HR processes, talent lifecycles, labor laws, and change management. 
  • Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Six Sigma or related certification.
