Job description

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with others to investigate, analyze, and resolve critical and concerns following the implementation of new processes and tools.
  • Investigates concerns to identify key employee themes that require behavior and process changes, education, and corrective actions.
  • Develops implementation plans to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Ensures programs align with business needs.
  • Seeks feedback from line management to ensure initiatives are providing support and are focused on business priorities.
  • Manages the Human Resources Report Card to track progress and goal achievement.
Requirements
  • U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
  • HR experience – Preferred
  • SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification – Preferred
