Receptionist

Position: Receptionist Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 13-Hour Shifts

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors โ€” the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys purposeful work.

No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast-paced customer service role, you already have the skills we're looking for โ€” we'll teach you everything else.

Greet every visitor with warmth and professionalism

Manage check-ins and check-outs, verify information, and assist with forms

Schedule and confirm appointments

Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming front desk area

Use digital tools and office systems efficiently

Support teammates and adapt to changing needs

A people-first attitude with excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Comfortable using email, calendars, and scheduling systems

Willingness to learn new processes and tools

1+ year of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, etc.)

High School Diploma or GED
