Job description

Primary Job Function :  The purpose of thei position is to act as the facility's receptionist and be the primary access point for visitors, guest,etc. Duties span from answering phones, to providing clerical assisstants,managing office equipment/supplies and assissting with other duties as required. 

Primary responsibilities: 

Performing clerical duties as the facility receptionist in a professional manner

Greeting and assissting visitors, residents , family members and sales representatives, etc. and civing directions / information as needed. 

Receiving and directing all incoming telephone calls , taking messages and ensuring messages are delivered in a timely manner

Operating copiers, office machines, etc, copying and faxing as needed. 

Sorting incoming business mail and processing outgoing mail including special deliveries

Keeping the front lobby area neat and clean 

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements 

 High School diploma or GED

Have a tourough understanding of the principles of receptionist practices
