Elevate the Guest Journey
  • Oversee the complete spa and wellness experience, ensuring every guest interaction feels seamless, restorative, and personalized
  • Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments that reflect our boutique luxury approach
  • Partner with resort departments to coordinate celebrations, wellness itineraries, special requests, and curated experiences
  • Address guest concerns thoughtfully and proactively, turning opportunities into lasting impressions

Shape the Wellness Experience

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury spa, wellness, hospitality, or resort operations
  • Previous leadership experience in a luxury spa, boutique resort, destination spa, or wellness environment strongly preferred
  • Passion for wellness, hospitality, and creating transformative guest experiences
  • Strong leadership presence with a people-first approach to coaching and team development
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and revenue performance
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused luxury environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require
