What You'll Do:

  • Lead all day-to-day spa and wellness operations while maintaining exceptional luxury service standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive spa revenue, profitability, retail performance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee scheduling, labor management, payroll controls, inventory, ordering, and operational budgeting.
  • Create and maintain innovative wellness offerings, seasonal experiences, and culturally inspired treatments aligned with the hotel brand.
  • Ensure the spa environment consistently reflects cleanliness, tranquility, professionalism, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service recovery strategies to exceed guest expectations.
  • Partner closely with hotel leadership, marketing, food and beverage, and sales teams to support resort programming and guest engagement initiatives.
  • Develop promotional strategies and wellness programming that increase utilization and guest loyalty.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee retail product selection and merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze financial reporting, productivity metrics, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing spa professionals while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for the spa and wellness division.
  • Maintain strong visibility throughout the spa operation while serving as a hands-on leader and guest ambassador.
  • Support the overall mission, culture, and luxury service philosophy of Heritage Hotels & Resorts.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership presence with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations, wellness programming, guest service, and retail management.
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalized guest experiences.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Previous experience managing within a luxury hotel or resort spa environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and retail operations required.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
