Responsibilities:
Spa Center Manager:

  • Ensuring & Enforcing Candee Skin Policies.
  • Optimize profits by controlling costs.
  • Hire, Train and Develop new Employees.
  • Resolve customer issues.
  • Manage & maintain Candee Skin Culture.
  • Provide Leadership and direction to all employees.
  • Ensure Product quality and availability.
  • Prepare and present Employee Reviews.
  • Work closely with the store owner to lead staff.
  • Oversee retail inventory.
  • Assist customers whenever necessary.
  • Organize employee schedule.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
  • Take disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Ensure a consistent standard of customer service.
  • Motivate employees.
  • Install & maintain a merchandise and visual plan.
  • Maintain store(s) to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the owner, accurately and efficiently.
  • Supporting store operations as needed.
  • Manager Requirements:
