Spa Attendant Job Description

Core Work Duties

  • Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
  • Provide uncompromising attention to detail 
  • Re-stock all linen and amenities to provide a pleasant ambiance for all guests
  • Assists in Spa Opening; preparing spa waters & tea, ensures Men’s & Women’s Locker Rooms are stocked with amenities including slippers and robes in each locker
  • Assist in Spa Closing; breaking down spa waters & tea, ensures Men’s & Women’s Locker Rooms are stocked with amenities including slippers and robes in each locker
  • Assist Therapists in-between appointments to quickly change out linens
  • Completes rounds to pick up glasses and laundry throughout the spa every hour
  • Responsible for restocking guest robes into lockers in Women’s & Men’s locker rooms.
  • Loads and Unloads the Dishwasher
  • Restocks Glass Wear & Dishes in Guest Areas
  • Assists in checking guests in for appointments as needed. 
  • Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
  • Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations, must wear a headset during working hours for clear communication of spa needs.
