What does a spa coordinator do?

A Spa Coordinator is responsible for managing the front desk operations at a spa, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries. They ensure a smooth flow of daily operations, coordinate with therapists and other staff, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, Spa Coordinators may handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, billing, and maintaining client records. Their role is essential in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
