Successful luxury spa seeking a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Spa Manager with a strong sales background to join our talented team and growing spas! Strong growth opportunity within our company, as this position will develop into management of multiple locations in the Indy Market.
Our Leadership Team is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service in a team-oriented environment. The Assistant Spa Manager is vital in helping achieve this goal, as they will motivate and organize our team of over 70 employees to achieve sales goals.
This is a full time sales position where customer service skills are essential. The ideal candidate for this job will possess strong communication and organizational skills as well.
