The Opportunity
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys retail sales, and takes pride in follow-through. Help customers from first questions to final solutions—whether that’s recommending the right part, coordinating warranty logistics, or meeting a client onsite to evaluate installation feasibility.
What You’ll Do

Sales & Customer Experience (Retail)
  • Provide retail sales and service to customers across Central Indiana
  • Present and promote products and services to new and existing customers
  • Offer customized solutions to drive revenue and help customers enjoy their outdoor living investment
  • Respond to inquiries, contact prospective customers, and schedule follow-ups
  • Represent Carefree with professionalism and top-notch service
  • Attend area and industry shows/events to increase brand awareness and sales
  • Meet customers onsite to evaluate installation feasibility
Parts Department
  • Process payments (cash/credit/check), manage returns and core exchanges
  • Stock shelves, perform cycle counts, and order parts to maintain ideal inventory levels
  • Set up product displays and keep the retail floor clean and organized
Warranty Department
  • Order parts, track deliveries, and coordinate logistics
What You’ll Bring
