Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for a self-driven and energetic Spa Assistant Manager with strong organizational skills and a self-starter. This person is responsible for helping oversee the overall operational and financial performance of the spa. The ideal candidate will have the ability to coach while also taking directive from the Spa Manager. This opportunity is a great chance to learn and grow in your career.
The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Membership sales and customer service experience required
  • A passion for people and sales
  • High level of enthusiasm
  • Support Spa Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations
  • Assist with HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, member maintenance and data entry of client records and surveys
  • Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
  • Effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures
  • Outside Event marketing & social media marketing
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas, and break room
