Coordinator

Job Summary

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator who will be responsible for scheduling service appointments for hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and all other products. The Service Coordinator will communicate with customers on a daily basis.

Major Duties


  • Take all phone calls concerning service issues and concerns

  • Schedules service technicians per the zoning that has been established

  • Closes tickets once customer has been charged appropriately

  • Files warranty on sales orders

  • Schedule delivery and installation of parts

  • Handle and mitigate customer service issues

  • Work/communicate with delivery and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction

  • Ability to recognize issues or potential issues and put corrective action in place to eliminate the possibility of the issue occurring again

  • Ability to evaluate a situation and make a short term decision as well as work through details to create a plan for the long term solution

  • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative work procedures and practices

  • Confer and coordinate activities with other departments


Requirements

  • High school diploma

  • Experience in customer relationship management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Dedication to providing great customer service.

  • Ability to manage employees

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education.

  • Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for a minimum of two years.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, or equivalent proficiency

This position works out of the Outlet and Service Center located at 1515 University Drive, Auburn, GA 30011.
