Job description

Why DataMap
DataMap implements, integrates, and runs Coupa source-to-pay for some of the largest companies in the world, including Google. Coupa named us Innovation Partner of the Year in 2026, and Coupa points customers to us for Microsoft ERP integrations. We are a small team doing enterprise-scale work, which means real responsibility comes early and the people who trained you are still in the room.
We are an AI-first company. Consultants here work with AI in the loop on every project, and it changes what one person can deliver.
How we hire
Apply, and you'll get a nine-minute problem-solving assessment. That's the entire first round. Score well and you get an interview, every time. No resume black hole, no weeks of silence.
The role
Coupa Consultant I is where our consulting track starts. You'll support live Coupa implementations from day one: configuring modules, troubleshooting, migrating data, and helping clients get their procurement workflows working the way they were promised. A senior consultant mentors you, and you sit in the client meetings rather than hearing about them afterwards.
The goal is to make you a Coupa subject matter expert who can lead implementations and process improvements. Most people reach Consultant II within their first couple of years.
What you'll do
Recent graduates and early-career professionals
  • Help configure and deploy Coupa for enterprise clients
  • Support data migration, system integrations, and user training
  • Take part in business process analysis to understand what the client actually needs
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Coupa's procurement modules
  • Earn and keep your Coupa certifications current
  • Work alongside senior consultants and developers on large implementations
Candidates with 2+ years of Coupa or procurement-tech experience
  • Own configuration of Coupa P2P, Sourcing, Expenses, and Contracts
  • Lead process-improvement work on client procurement workflows
  • Document and analyze requirements with internal and client stakeholders
  • Build automation, workflow enhancements, and customizations
  • Advise clients on Coupa implementation and governance practices
  • Support go-lives and post-go-live optimization
Where it leads
We promote from within, and quickly for people who earn it. Coupa Consultant Is typically move toward:
  • Coupa Consultant II - owning complex configurations and integrations
  • Coupa Consultant III - leading enterprise implementations
  • Solution Architect - designing end-to-end procurement solutions
  • Director of Procurement Solutions - leading DataMap's procurement practice
What we're looking for
Recent graduates and early-career professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in procurement technology, finance, or enterprise software
  • Learns quickly and works well at pace
  • Clear communicator; good collaborator
Candidates with 2+ years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa, Ariba, or a similar procurement platform
  • Understanding of procurement workflows, financial processes, or system integrations
  • Comfortable with Excel, SQL, and ERP platforms (NetSuite, Dynamics)
  • Client-facing experience troubleshooting procurement systems
  • Coupa certification, or willingness to earn one
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Unlimited vacation and a flexible work environment
  • Free catered lunch at HQ
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Health insurance with a generous employer contribution
  • Hands-on mentorship and paid certifications
Apply
If you don't meet every requirement, apply anyway. We'd rather hear from people who are eager to learn.
