  6. Manage integrations and data exchanges between property technology and enterprise platforms in collaboration with IT infrastructure teams and vendors.
  7. Enforce data integrity, access control, and change management governance for all assigned systems within the governance framework established for the department.
  8. Partner with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and process alignment within operational systems.
  9. Lead technology projects, from requirements gathering and documentation through testing, training, and implementations, including conversions, platform transitions and post-implementation support.
  10. Develop and partner on the delivery of training programs to ensure users are equipped to effectively use business systems and new features, and measure adoption against targets.
  11. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination and spend across departments. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, and report platform performance, data quality, and benefit realization to the SVP on a recurring cadence.
  12. Support organizational change management, and training efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, business systems, new processes and new features.
  13. Supervise and develop the Business Solutions team, setting clear goals and providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.
  14. Holds accountability for delivery of the business systems portfolio against scope, schedule, cost, and committed business outcomes.
  15. Foster a collaborative, service-oriented environment focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  16. Serve as the operational systems lead for portfolio growth and change events, including acquisitions, dispositions, new development lease-ups, and management transitions, covering due diligence, onboarding, data conversion, and platform standardization.
  17. Establish and maintain service levels and key performance indicators for the platform portfolio, including system availability, support responsiveness, user satisfaction, and report performance, trends, and remediation plans on a recurrent cadence.
  18. Manage vendor performance across platforms, including product evaluation, service level monitoring, issue escalation, and renewal analysis, and support negotiations; manage consultants and implementation partners against defined statements of work.
