Common Search & Comparison IntentPeople compare Solutions Project with Solutions Engineer to understand roles in project management vs technical solutions delivery.

Solutions Project roles focus on managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. To thrive as a Solutions Project Manager, you need strong project management skills, experience in solution design or implementation, and typically a degree in business, IT, or a related field. Familiarity with project management tools (like MS Project or Jira), CRM systems, and possibly certifications such as PMP or Agile are highly valued. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills help you lead teams and resolve issues effectively. A Solutions Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure successful project delivery. They facilitate regular meetings, coordinate timelines, and address any roadblocks that arise. Effective communication and stakeholder management are crucial, as the role requires aligning diverse teams toward common project goals and ensuring that client requirements are met throughout the process.

What is a Solutions Project?

A Solutions Project typically refers to an initiative or role focused on developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive solutions to address specific business challenges or objectives. People working in a Solutions Project analyze client or organizational needs, design tailored strategies, and oversee the execution of these solutions from start to finish. This often involves cross-functional collaboration, project management, and a deep understanding of both technology and business requirements. The goal is to deliver measurable results and ensure that the proposed solutions effectively solve the targeted problems.

Job description

Who We Are

Atwell, LLC is a bold leader in the consulting, engineering, and construction services industry, delivering a broad range of creative solutions to clients in the real estate & land development, and energy markets. We have a strong national presence and a diverse, award-winning project portfolio. Atwell is a privately owned company, with 2,000+ passionate team members across 75+ locations and growing!

Atwell, LLC is a proud recipient of the following 2025 awards:

  • Ten consecutive years in a row as a "Best Place to Work" by Zweig Group (#11)
  • Recognized as #70 in the ENR Top 500 Design Firms, ranked in every region
  • Recognized in Crain's "Fast 50" as one of the fastest-growing companies (#14)
  • Recognized as the 2025 ENR Design Firm of the year for the Southeastern US

Atwell is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to support our Land Solutions team, with a strong emphasis on title review, land research, and due diligence across right-of-way and infrastructure projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into records, connecting the dots across property ownership, and ensuring accuracy in land documentation. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes—supporting Project Managers and field teams by validating land data, organizing documentation, and helping keep projects moving forward with confidence.

You'll work closely with internal teams including Project Managers, Land Agents, GIS, and Document Management, contributing to projects across energy, utilities, and infrastructure.

Project Coordination & Research Support

  • Support Project Managers with project setup, tracking, and reporting
  • Organize and maintain project files, contracts, and land documentation in internal systems (Vision, shared drives, etc.)
  • Coordinate across teams (Land, GIS, Document Management, Payment Services) to ensure alignment on data and deliverables
  • Assist with parcel identification, landowner research, and contact validation
  • Track project progress, flag issues, and help ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Data & Document Quality

  • Perform quality control reviews on land documents and project data
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with client requirements and Atwell standards
  • Maintain organized, audit-ready project files and documentation
  • Support document workflows, including contracts, invoices, and deliverables

Communication & Team Support

  • Participate in internal and client calls, capturing notes and action items
  • Support preparation of project updates, reports, and meeting materials
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep projects aligned and moving

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in land, right-of-way, title, real estate, or a related field
  • Strong experience with title research, deed review, and land records analysis
  • Familiarity with county courthouse research, legal descriptions, and ownership structures
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, utility, or energy projects is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems (Excel, document management tools, GIS platforms preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Land Management, Surveying, Environmental, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting right-of-way or land acquisition projects
  • Exposure to tools like Vision, GIS platforms, or land management systems
