Residential Roofing Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

Broomfield, CO / Denver Metro Area
$25 000 Base + 10% Commission (Paid Monthly) + Bonuses
Strong Six-Figure Income Potential + Existing Lead Flow

Are you a driven, competitive salesperson who thrives on knocking doors, building relationships, and controlling your own income?

Our client, a growing residential roofing contractor serving the Denver Metro area, is looking for a motivated Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join their team. This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role focused on helping homeowners replace their roofs through insurance claims and retail sales.

Previous roofing experience is a plus—but it is not required.

If you've been successful selling pest control, solar, home security, windows, siding, HVAC, or another direct-to-consumer product, and you're looking for a career with significantly higher earning potential, this could be an outstanding opportunity.

You'll receive support from an experienced operations team, access to qualified leads, and the opportunity to build your own book of business while earning uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect neighborhoods through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach
  • Build relationships with homeowners and generate new roofing opportunities
  • Inspect roofs, identify storm damage, and educate homeowners on the claims or replacement process
  • Follow up on leads and manage your sales pipeline from first contact through signed contract
  • Work closely with production and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Generate referrals and build a strong local reputation within your territory

What We're Looking For

  • Previous outside sales or door-to-door sales experience preferred
  • Roofing experience is welcomed but not required
  • Candidates from pest control, solar, home security, windows, siding, telecommunications, or other high-performance direct sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Comfortable working outdoors and engaging homeowners face-to-face
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and self-disciplined
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $25 000
  • 10% commission paid monthly
  • Performance bonuses
  • Existing lead flow to supplement self-generated business
  • Uncapped earning potential with realistic six-figure income opportunity
  • Training, operational support, and long-term career growth

If you're motivated by performance, enjoy meeting people, and want to build a rewarding career in one of the fastest-growing industries, we'd love to speak with you.
